The MBLEx Pass Training Program is a focused exam-preparation course designed to help students build confidence, strengthen test-taking skills, and improve their chances of passing the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination (MBLEx).
This program includes 40 total training hours delivered in 8 structured sessions, covering the major MBLEx content areas such as anatomy and physiology, kinesiology, pathology, client assessment, ethics, professional practice, and massage application. Students will also receive guided review, practice questions, test strategies, and support in understanding difficult concepts commonly tested on the exam.

1. Anatomy & Physiology Review
Students review the structure and function of the human body, including body systems commonly tested on the MBLEx. Emphasis is placed on key terms, foundational concepts, and common exam questions.
2. Kinesiology Review
This section covers muscles, joint actions, movement, origin and insertion concepts, posture, and body mechanics. Students strengthen their understanding of muscle function and motion analysis for MBLEx-style testing.
3. Pathology Review
Students study common disorders, contraindications, precautions, signs and symptoms, and how pathology relates to massage practice. Special attention is given to commonly tested clinical conditions.
4. Benefits and Effects of Massage
This section reviews physiological effects, mechanical effects, reflexive effects, and therapeutic outcomes of massage techniques. Students learn how massage influences body systems and client wellness.
5. Client Assessment and Treatment Planning
Students review intake procedures, observation, palpation, health history, goal setting, and basic treatment planning concepts. The focus is on safe and effective decision-making in exam scenarios.
6. Ethics and Professional Boundaries
This area covers professional ethics, confidentiality, informed consent, boundaries, scope of practice, therapist-client relationships, and legal responsibilities commonly found on the exam.
7. Business and Professional Practice
Students review practical workplace topics including documentation, communication, referrals, hygiene, career settings, and business knowledge relevant to massage professionals.
8. Test-Taking Skills and Exam Strategy
Students learn how to approach multiple-choice questions, identify distractors, manage time, reduce test anxiety, and apply critical thinking under exam conditions.
